Abstracts close 18 December 2026

To submit an abstract email your:

oral presentation abstract to angela.perks@boprc.govt.nz and
poster presentation abstract to jennifer.tregurtha@ecan.govt.nz

Abstracts should be maximum of 250 words, not including the title and author names.

The abstract document should include the following details, in this order:

Oral or poster presentation - note your preferred presentation type
To apply for the early career professionals workshop award note this here on your abstract - only if applicable (see below)
Presentation or Poster Title
Name and organisation. The Presenter's name should be underlined.
Content (max 250 words)

Presentation Options

Oral - 15 min presentation (including Q&A) - bring your presentation file with you to conference
Posters - A0 size - portrait orientation - please print your poster and bring it to conference ready to display

Early Career Professionals* Workshop Award

Please ensure you add "Applying for early career professionals workshop award" as the first line of your abstract to be considered for one of these awards.

These Awards are available to both oral and poster presenters.

Award winners will be notified in late January 2027.
